I work with individuals and couples who find themselves in the in-between—grieving what has been lost, questioning who they are becoming, and carrying stories shaped by migration, culture, and attachment. The struggles that bring people to therapy—distance, conflict, anxiety, or emotional fatigue—are often less about what is “wrong” and more about what has been carried quietly for a long time.
My work is relational, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I draw from parts-based (IFS-informed) and narrative approaches, attachment-focused couples work, and body-aware practices to help people listen more closely—to themselves and to one another. In couples therapy, we slow down patterns of conflict and silence, tend to differences shaped by culture and history, and make space for repair, clarity, and renewed connection.
I am especially honored to work with AAPI and diaspora communities navigating grief, identity, and belonging. I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our partners, and with the legacies we inherit and reshape. My work is an invitation to listen deeply, speak honestly, and move toward becoming—together.

More About Me
When I am not in the office, you can probably find me in search of my next oat milk latte, or catching up on my reading in a local coffee shop. Other things I enjoy (in no particular order) include: Cultivating eclectic playlists on Spotify, being near my rescue dog (Casco), taking a spin class, and going way down a Wiki hole.
